Freestyle means ‘A Free style of dance’ which is taken from the ‘old’ Disco dancing formed in the 70′s.from films such as Saturday night fever, enhancing  the enthusiasm of the rhythm of the beat and it has proven very popular since.

Music can be upbeat/ or slow and graceful and our pupils use their own freedom of expression to enhance their own style and dance mood. We offer IDTA Rosettes, medals and examinations in Freestyle and we teach from 2½ year old’s up to adults.
